Dear BWS participant
Greetings in the precious Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. The ANC president’s announcement of Level 3 Lockdown, effective immediately, has led many to question whether our Biblical Worldview Summit (4-11 January 2021), is still on! We have consulted with the police and have been assured that conferences are not affected by Level 3 Lockdown regulations, except by the curfew from 9pm to 6am. The curfew would only affect day visitors who would need to leave the centre in good time in the evening to be home before 9pm. Habonim Campsite and Conference Centre is on a large estate of 87 hectares, which includes large halls for dining, lectures and activities, numerous open fields, an astro-soccer court, an obstacle course and bungalows and chalets that can accommodate over 240 people. The owners and managers of Habonim assure us that social distancing and maintaining under 50% occupancy rate will not be a problem. They have also been in contact with the local municipality and police, with whom they maintain a good relationship and have been assured that there is no problem with the planned BWS conference going ahead. You can visit the www.Habonimcampsite.com website to see pictures and further details about the tremendous facilities at our conference venue. Please also see the Draft Programme of the BWS 2021, click here. Please also see the Understanding the Times letter, which gives further details about the programme, click here. If you have any further questions, or if we can help you in any way, please do not hesitate to email: mission@frontline.org.za, or phone: 021-689-4480. Looking forward to a great time of stretching minds and muscles at this landmark Biblical Worldview Summit, marking 30 years of Biblical Worldview Summits in South Africa. Yours for the fulfilment of the Great Commission Dr. Peter Hammond Director
