 Důvěřuj Hospodinu celým srdcem, na svoji rozumnost nespoléhej. Poznávej ho na všech svých cestách, on sám napřímí tvé stezky. Nebuď moudrý sám u sebe, boj se Hospodina, od zlého se odvrať. To dá tvému tělu zdraví a svěžest tvým kostem. (Př 3,5–8)
I když většina z nás pečuje o své zdraví, často přehlížíme nemoci svých duší. Svatost je pro naši duši a ducha totéž, co zdraví pro naše tělo. Člověk má tělo, mysl a duši. Myšlenky ovlivňují naše emoce, pochopení souvislostí pak ovlivňuje většinu našich rozhodnutí. Vše je propojeno, ale mnozí lidé žijí hluboko pod svými možnostmi, neplní své poslání, nedosáhnou cíle, protože jsou duchovně neduživí
