“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” 2 Timothy 2:2-3
Multi-Generational Ministry of Multiplication
It is our duty and destiny to be involved in a ministry of multiplication with a multi-generational vision. We are called to be strong and to be faithful as we equip and empower Evangelists to seek first the Kingdom of God, making disciples of nations, teaching obedience to all things that the Lord has commanded. The Great Commission is our supreme ambition. Christ’s last command must be our first concern.
Literature Distribution and Leadership Training
Since completing our Great Commission Course 2020, we have been planning and preparing for a series of important Follow-Up Missions throughout Southern and Central Africa, into North Africa. By God's grace, tens of thousands of Bibles and Christian textbooks have already been printed and are enroute. Now we need to trust the Lord for the resources necessary to transport our teams to the remote, neglected and desperately needy mission fields, where they are needed for Leadership Training, Literature distribution and Love in action.
Back to the Bible for Reformation and Revival
We have a series of upcoming Biblical Preaching Workshops, Muslim Evangelism Seminars and Great Commission Course Training in countries where we have never before held such programmes.
4-Wheel Drive Field Vehicle Needed
Our Mission vehicles are very old and frequently in need of repairs. We would very much like to acquire an additional 4-Wheel Drive before our next Overland Mission, which needs to traverse Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Botswana.
We have a number of books and tracts, including translations, ready to be printed, just awaiting funds for the go-ahead.
Missions to the Nuba Mountains of Sudan
Several of our missionaries are in the process of preparing for a series of very important follow up Missions to the Nuba Mountains of Sudan. Please pray for their protection, provision and for God's blessings upon their education and Evangelism ministry to schools, churches and Bible colleges. If you have not yet seen the Missions to the Nuba Mountains of Sudan video, please click here. If possible, arrange to screen this film to your school, church, or home fellowship.
Great Commission Course 2020 AudioVisual Boxset Available
We praise God that we now have produced the most comprehensive Great Commission Course 2020 AudioVisual Boxset, to empower and equip those dedicated to fulfiling the Great Commission. The GCC 2020 6-Disc AV Boxset contains: 3 Audio MP3 Discs with 59 lectures and devotions/sermons; 3 Data DVDs containing 21 video presentations, 74 PowerPoint presentations, 88 lecture notes; 31 PDF books and manuals (including the Great Commission Manual and the Greatest Century of Mission book); 66 PDF booklets; 39 PDF tracts and hundreds of photo selects from the BWS and GCC 2020. The Digital Library on Data disc 6 contains far more than one could get from a 4-year Bible College programme on Missions and Evangelism. If you want to make the Great Commission your supreme ambition, this GCC 2020 AV Boxset will be invaluable, inspiring and empowering. “I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, Who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the Word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.” 2 Timothy 4:1-2
Tributes to Canon Kenneth Baringwa and General Ben Partin
We have recently had to say goodbye to two great, stalwart friends of Frontline Fellowship. You can read (and view), my Tributes to Rev. Canon Kenneth Baringwa and Brigadier General Benton Partin on our www.FrontlineMissionSA.org website. The Tributes include links to the SermonAudio messages and to the video presentations, which I put together to honour the legacy of Kenneth Baringwa in Sudan and Gen Ben Partin in his extraordinary contribution to military technology.
The latest edition of Frontline News is available online and is back from the printers. It includes: Macedonian Call to Sudan, Mountain Climbing Marathon, Let the Whole World Hear His Word, 25 Years Ago – Anthony Duncan Died in the Service of Christ and double page photo collages of the wide range of ministry of Literature4Africa, the Biblical Worldview Summit 2020 and Great Commission Course 2020, as well as a range of new AudioVisual resources to empower your ministry.
From the Frontline
Do remember to tune into our From the Frontline radio podcasts, uploaded every Tuesday evening. Most recently, I had the joy of interviewing our long-standing missionary friend, John Boyd, over his 25 Years with Missionary Aviation Fellowship (MAF) and since his retirement from President of MAF, his new ministry with the Institute for Global Engagement – Dealing at the highest levels of government seeking to persuade those regimes that persecuted Christians, such as in Vietnam, Laos, Uzbekistan and China, to end religious persecution and allow religious freedom in their countries. Their economic arguments have persuaded a number of countries, such as Vietnam and Uzbekistan, to allow unprecedented religious freedom and end decades of severe persecution. “And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’” Matthew 25:40
Pray for Muslim Background Believers
At a recent prayer meeting of missionaries and evangelists focused on reaching Muslims for Christ, we were told of a Muslim background believer given a warning/ultimatum to reject Christ and return to Islam, or expect to be killed. Unfortunately, these kinds of threats and bullying tactics and intimidation are all too common. Please continue to pray for God's shield of protection over our missionaries and those to whom we minister.
Livingstone House Building Project
We are in the process of converting our attic at our Mission Headquarters into a multi-purpose hall and extra accommodation. This has been long overdue, as we have had to accommodate missionaries and guests in tents. There are also more volunteers who would gladly work at our Mission, if we can provide accommodation. Also, for our Education and Training seminars, we desperately need a larger hall and there is abundant space in our attic, which we are seeking to convert into an upper room. If funds allow, we will build on several more bedrooms as well.
More Intercessors, Supporters and Missionary Volunteers Needed
In order to respond to the many desperate pleas for help and invitations to ministry throughout Africa, we need to increase our prayer support base and we also desperately need more dedicated missionary workers. If you can help distribute copies of our Frontline News, print out copies of our Pray for Africa, Pray for Zimbabwe, Pray for South Sudan, Pray for the Nuba and other posters to put up at your church or school, we would be grateful. Whatever you can do to make our mission and the fields that we seek to serve better known and mobilise prayer and action on behalf of the persecuted, will be a great practical help and encouragement. Perhaps you can share and try to screen our new fast-paced video Missions to the Nuba Mountains of Sudan at your church, school or home fellowship. Will you prayerfully consider becoming a part of this important work?
Informed, Interceding, Inspired and Involved
Please visit our Frontline Fellowship Facebook page and www.FrontlineMissionSA.org website. Use your social media to share postings, audios and videos from our page and website, with those who would be interested to intercede and be involved. We need to be informed, be interceding, be inspired and be involved. The harvest is large and the workers are few.
Thank you very much for all your prayers, encouragement and support, without which none of our ministries would be possible.
May God continue to be your joy and strength.
Yours for the fulfillment of the Great Commission
