As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” Romans 10:14-15 CHILDREN'S MINISTRY During April and May, I had the privilege of being involved in children's ministry with children in the poor community of Delft South. The church started youth meetings on Fridays to try and keep the children off the streets where crime, violence and drug abuse reigns. When I started to give Bible lessons to the children to teach them some good principles, I soon found that their knowledge of God was basically non-existent.

![]() “’For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,’ says the LORD.”; Isaiah 55:8 When we left Cape Town, we were fully loaded with over 2.5 tonnes of Bibles, books, and boxes of literature. Trailer and truck were as packed as full as possible. Some of the material for distribution was even invading the cab! Having handled almost every single box, bag, and parcel personally, I was looking forward to each meeting that we were going to have, because we would be able to bless these ministries or local schools, and individuals with this material. More Blessed to Give than to ReceiveMaking sure you have all the Bibles, Sunday School materials, and audio visuals that you will be needing is a challenge. Making sure each of the individual boxes and books get to the right destinations is a hurdle and a half. For the whole month of June, I was put in charge of distributing the material. It was both a stressful and rewarding job. Every time I was told to get this or that box from the trailer I could not have been happier. The phrase, it is more blessed to give than to receive, kept ringing true. It was a real blessing to give to different teachers, pastors, missionaries, and lecturers their allocated amounts. Even small amounts, like 4-5 books with a few audio visuals, were gladly handed over to people who would use the material for the ministry. ![]() “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord” Psalm 150:6 South Africa for Christ With over 5000km travelled, our South Africa mission team has arrived back safely. God very graciously gave us the opportunities to preach and teach in churches, schools, mission stations, Bible colleges, and even a soccer stadium! Although I spend most of my time either ministering in Cape Town or across the South African border, I was greatly encouraged by the amount of opportunities there are to feed people the Word of God within South Africa. ![]() "Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God." 2 Corinthians 5:20 BotswanaThe Tswana were the first Bantu people in Africa to respond to the Gospel, and the first Southern African people group to receive a complete Bible in their own language, through the ministry of Robert Moffat. Unfortunately, today, the situation in the church is that most Christians are nominal. There are very few who take evangelism and discipleship seriously, even less so world missions. ![]() LET THE EARTH HEAR HIS VOICE Dear Friends Greetings in the precious Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. "Oh, give thanks to the Lord! Call upon His Name; make known His deeds among the peoples! Sing to Him, sing Psalms to Him; talk of all His wondrous works! Remember His marvellous works which He has done, His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth." 1 Chronicles 16:8-12 New Publications Produced We praise God for a series of vital publications completed and received back from the printers in time for our field teams to deliver throughout South Africa and across the border to donate to Bible Colleges, Missions, churches and Evangelists. ![]() Expect great things from God! As she attempted to walk up the stairs to Jameson Hall mobs barred her way and threatened her. Their curses and hostility were directed at anyone who was White. Vile graffiti desecrated the memorial to students who had died in the First World War and students were chanting that all Whites must be killed. Disrupting Traffic A shack was built across the middle of one of the most important roads on the university campus, disrupting traffic. Rubbish bins were being burnt. Intimidating Residents Then members of the Rhodes Must Fall protesters invaded the residences nearby, forced themselves into the kitchens and stole food, intimidating residents and threatening Whites. "How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings Good News, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims Salvation…" Isaiah 52:7 Great Commission Camp Frontline Fellowship begins every year running. Literally. Our Great Commission Camp began on New Year's Day, 1 January, with 76 participants from as far afield as Germany, Malawi, Botswana, Zimbabwe and the United States of America. The Great Commission Camp and Course is an intensive, practical introduction to cross-cultural Missions. We take people out of their comfort zone and place them under pressure, introducing participants to some of the stresses and strains of Missions. We stretch minds and muscles and challenge participants to dig deeper, reach further, climb higher and persevere longer than they would have thought possible. Putting Feet to Our Faith Every morning, except Sundays, began with vigorous P.T., Devotions and lectures on a wide range of subjects. Afternoons were packed with practicals, workshops, team building, problem solving, obstacle crossing challenges, or outreaches. The first phase of the Great Commission Course was held in a forestry reserve, in the mountains, near a lake. We were privileged to have three excellent guest speakers, including Don McAlvany, Al Baker, a Presbyterian Missionary from Alabama and George Oesche from KwaSizabantu Mission, ![]() To view this report as a PDF with pictures CLICK HERE Dear Friends and Intercessors "Oh, give thanks to the Lord! Participants came from Angola, Armenia, Belgium, Benin, the Congo, Ethiopia, France, Gabon, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Netherlands, Nigeria, Romania, Russia, Swaziland, Switzerland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The theme of the conference was: Lord Abide With Us. For your edification, and for intercession, here is a small selection of remarkable, written responses that we have received by mail, or e-mail, from friends and supporters, and from the field, in this last year. Please continue to lift up these people and countries in prayer. Please continue to intercede that our publications, outreaches and courses may continue to renew minds, transform lives, change hearts and disciple nations.
Reaching the Unreached“Thank you so much for the amazing work you are doing to expand the Kingdom of God. It’s a privilege to serve the Lord reaching the people who are unreached with the love of Jesus Christ, I am a pastor involved in church planting, evangelism, children care ministry, and training of church leaders. I am praying to the Lord to connect us and help spread the Gospel in the remote areas of Uganda, as I have found your ministry really good!!” Pastor P.N. Uganda Military Conference “Thank you Dr. Peter for a wonderful experience and encouraging testimony. Since last year December 2014 during the AMCF conference, l have benefited a lot. We are your disciples and look forward to enforce discipleship multiplication strategy. l was delighted to meet you during the AMCF Conference at Cape Town.
