 Over 50 000 young Angolan children have been forcibly taken from their parents and sent to Cuba by ship or aircraft. The Cubans choose the youngsters personally and prefer to take the 7-year-olds, who are then trained for 10 years in Cuba to be Marxist- Leninist fanatics and obedient mercenaries for the Soviets. Their families never see them again.
