Undermining an Enemy’s Will to Resist Psychological warfare involves tactics intended to manipulate one’s opponents, or enemies. This includes the dissemination of propaganda and disinformation to undermine the morale of enemy forces and erode their ability to resist. Psywar In the military terms like ‘psywar’ (psychological warfare), or ‘psyops’ (psychological operations), have also been known as ‘winning hearts and minds’, political warfare and propaganda. Normally, military intelligence would distinguish between Psyops Own Forces, to build up the morale of one’s own people, Psyops Enemy Forces, (to break down the morale of both enemy soldiers and their civilian population) and Psyops Local Population (to win over the hearts and minds of those in the operational area).

But even if we, or an angel from Heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.” Galatians 1:6-10 A False Religion We are involved in a battle for hearts, minds and souls. This social justice revolution is changing the focus and content of the Gospel message. It is offering another gospel, a false gospel and a false mission, plainly derived from Liberation theology (which is nothing more than Marxism wrapped up in religious terminology), Black theology (which is also Marxism, with racism added in), along with Animism (which depersonalises evil and sees evil in things and systems, rather than personal responsibility). None of this is Biblical Theology. Race politics is not Biblical. The problem is not skin, it is sin. It is not race, but grace that is the solution. "Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbour…" Ephesians 4:25
While claiming to be neutral, newspaper journalists and TV presenters often report the news from an anti-Christian point of view. At one time, especially in the 19th century, most leading newspapers were Christian. However, there has been a major shift in the news media on what is covered and how it is covered. Is There an Agenda? Instead of the wide-angle lens of context, all too often the zoom lens of selective focus has predominated. Is there an agenda? Or are we dealing merely with bias and prejudice? “Then I saw an angel coming down from Heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the devil and satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and he cast him into the bottomless pit and shut him up and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more…” Revelation 20:1-3
Deceiving the Nations We are warned that satan "…will go out to deceive the nations…" Revelation 20:8 The Bible continually warns us: "lest satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices." 2 Corinthians 2:11 "But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ." 2 Corinthians 11:3 In the Book of Revelation we are told that at the end God will send an Angel to bind satan "so that he should deceive the nations no more…" Revelation 20:3 We are taught that: "…satan who deceives the whole world…" Revelation 12:9. Plainly satan is deceiving nations today. “And war broke out in Heaven… that serpent of old, called the devil and satan who deceives the whole world…” Revelation 12:7 To view a presentation related to this article Click Here To listen to a Presentation related to this article Click Here Much as been said about the economics and social analysis of Marxism, but as a Christian, I want to look at the heart of Communism. Beneath all the philosophical verbage and political rhetoric, what is the driving force of Marxist-Leninism? “Atheism is the natural and inseparable part of Communism.” Vladimir Lenin. “We must hate. Hatred is the basis of Communism.” Lenin “Hatred is an element of the struggle, a relentless hatred of the enemy…transforming him into an effective, violent and selective, cold blooded killing machine. A people without hatred cannot vanquish a brutal enemy.” Che Guevare. As parent educators, we need to embrace a new notion of learning...we need to engage the heart in order to effectively educate the child. Our vision of a well-educated child is a child who has a heart for learning, a child who has the tools he needs to continue to learn for a lifetime and a child who has the love to want to do it.” - Elizabeth Foss Fleeting Youth 15 000 hours, 900 000 minutes, 54 000 000 seconds. What could we do with this time? Fly around the world 333 times, read more than a 1000 books, hike to the summit of Mount Everest 10 times… or go to school once. This is the average amount of time, a child will spend in school. Who are we giving this time to? Who are we allowing to shape the minds of our children? And whose interests do they have at heart? The Bible clearly states that a child’s education is the responsibility of the parents. Why are we giving this responsibility away? Because the state can do a better job? Because we feel we aren’t competent? Because the responsibility is too much pressure? Because we’re too lazy? Because it’s the status quo? None of these are good enough reasons to let someone else influence the development of your child’s precious mind. Proverbs 22:6 clearly states that how a child’s mind is shaped in his youth, determines his behavior and ideologies in his future: “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6 To view this Presentation as a video, click here To listen to the Lecture, click here Kofi Annan, the first black African to lead the United Nations, died in Switzerland, on Saturday, 18 August, at age 80. Kofi Annan’s personal role as head of the United Nations peacekeeping operations from 1993 to 1997 was controversial: this period saw the killing of 18 American service personnel in Somalia in October 1993, the massacre of more than 800,000 Rwandans in the genocide of 1994 and the massacre of 8,000 Bosnians at Srebrenica in 1995. So outside of these few Biblical restrictions, we have freedom of speech. To See a PDF of this article click here How Do You Interpret Scripture? Thursday (23/08/2018), I had the opportunity to be part of a panel discussion on the Eusebius McKaiser show on Cape Talk, Radio 702. The title of the show was: Is the Bible an Ally of Gay People? The discussion began with host Eusebius asking me how I deal with passages of Scripture when there are differences of opinion on interpretation. My reply was that Scripture interprets Scripture. The clearer passages of Scripture are used to interpret the less clear. The whole of Scripture must be used to interpret any portion of Scripture. If any interpretation of Scripture is inconsistent with the whole Bible, then it must be rejected. In addition, we can receive conformation from Church Councils, Creeds and Confessions. The point is that objective truth must be our foundation, not subjective opinion. If I am hiking in the mountains and find a cairn (a pile of rocks with a sign) which disagrees with my perception of where I am, it is my perception that is wrong. The objective rock solid marker is objective reality. So is Scripture. The Bible is the Word of God, inspired, infallible and inerrant. The task is great and the workers are few ‑ nobody can do everything, but we can all do something and what we can do we must do and what we must do we will do by the grace of God who gave us our life, talents, gifts and opportunities. Here are some suggestions: STUDY THE BIBLE both personally and in a group of like‑minded believers. The objective truth of God's Word must be the inspiration and solid foundation for all our actions. Until we know God's Word we can be easily mislead and deceived. Read through and study every Book of the Bible. |
