Doctrine and Discipleship Despite Hostility and Persecution
Written from Corinth about AD 51, this book deals with doctrine and discipline. We are called to patient, joyful discipleship in the face of suffering, persecution and abuse. There will be those who are hostile to the Faith and we should expect persecution and abuse from all. Those faithful to the Kingdom of God will inevitably face diabolical opposition and persecution.
