You are welcome to join us for another Home Education Open Day Workshop on Early 20th Century South African History on Wednesday, 26 September. I will be dealing with inspiring people in our history such as Danie Theron, Marthinus Steyn, Christiaan De Wet, Koos De La Rey, Emily Hobhouse and James Barry Hertzog and the tumultuous times they lived in. Emma and her team will be leading a parallel programme for children involving arts, crafts and educational activities to enable students to appreciate what these people faced and what they accomplished. The event starts at 9am and will conclude at 4pm. Participants are asked to each contribute R30, which will help us cover costs for lunch, tea, juice and art supplies. Please R.S.V.P. to email@example.com, or phone 021-689-4480 to confirm your participation.
